Service Description

A full body strength class focused on slow, controlled movements to help you build muscle, improve stability, and increase overall fitness. Using a combination of bodyweight and light equipment, this session is designed to challenge you without feeling overwhelming. You’ll work through targeted exercises that focus on form and control, helping you feel stronger, more confident, and capable in your movement. Suitable for all levels, with options to progress or modify as needed. 45 mins | all levels | moderate intensity
