A targeted lower-body and core workout designed to strengthen and sculpt your abs, glutes, and thighs. Through controlled resistance exercises and focused movements, you’ll build muscle, improve stability, and enhance lower-body endurance. Each session is structured, effective, and suitable for all fitness levels, with options to modify or increase intensity as needed. Expect a strong burn and improved strength in all the key areas that matter. 45 mins | all levels | moderate intensity
